Event Manager

About the Role

Hitcheed Pte Ltd is seeking an Event Project Manager or Executive to become part of their vibrant and youthful team. This position involves collaborating closely with colleagues to coordinate, plan, and deliver events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions at convention halls. The role also includes exposure to backend operations of online platforms, social media marketing, and client-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event-related tasks to guarantee smooth and successful execution.
• Lead the planning, design, production, and management of diverse event types.
• Manage activities before the event, oversee onsite execution, and handle post-event follow-ups.
• Supervise event budgets and financial processes from initial planning to final reconciliation.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among clients, suppliers, and internal teams such as sales, design, and operations to ensure alignment during all phases of event planning and execution.
• Implement online and mobile marketing strategies aimed at increasing member acquisition and engagement.
• Manage full event lifecycle from proposal development to operational delivery.
• Perform any additional duties necessary to maintain productive work engagement.

Additional Information

Interest in areas such as Weddings, Interior Design, Pets, Korean Wave, Travel, Kids, and Fitness events is viewed as advantageous.
