Event Management Executive

Overview

As an Event Management Executive, you will be responsible for planning and conducting various NGO events, charity drives, awareness initiatives, and the I-Run Goa Marathon. You will play a key role in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients, sponsors, corporate partners, vendors, volunteers, and participants to ensure successful event execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize and manage events by handling logistics, permissions, registrations, branding, and vendor relations.
• Identify and engage potential sponsors and fundraising collaborators to secure financial support for events.
• Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with corporate organizations and donors.
• Craft sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
• Oversee event operations before, during, and after to guarantee smooth functioning.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote events through social media campaigns and publicity initiatives.
• Represent the organization at networking events, corporate meetings, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate with government authorities, NGOs, educational institutions, and corporate entities for effective partnerships.
• Monitor event budgets, track sponsorships, and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Compile and maintain detailed event reports and documentation following each event.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage event logistics and coordination.
• Experience in client and stakeholder communication and relationship management.
• Knowledge of sponsorship acquisition and proposal development.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee budgets and operational tasks.
• Familiarity with marketing collaboration for event promotion.
