You will actively engage throughout the tender cycle, identifying potential commercial risks, opportunities for value engineering, and implementing cost-saving measures while contributing to bids for some of Ireland’s highest-profile construction endeavors.

  • Capability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation accurately.
  • Strong commercial insight combined with excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Experience estimating projects in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or data centre sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, design, and project delivery teams.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and estimating software tools.

  • Continuous professional growth supported by ongoing training investments.
  • Secure long-term employment backed by a strong pipeline of significant projects throughout Ireland and Europe.
