We are seeking a skilled construction estimator to join a growing Tier 2 company located just south of the River in Perth. This role supports the bidding team on various contracts including townhouses, educational facilities, hospitality projects, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date with competitive advantages within the industry to assist in the bidding process.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in cost estimates by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
- Secure precise quotes for materials and systems to ensure accurate project cost estimation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of estimating experience within multi-residential or commercial construction is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and read plans effectively.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in the construction sector is preferred.
- Essential experience in estimating.
- Familiarity with Western Australia's bidding processes and procedures.
