About the Company

Our client is a well-established homebuilder operating across South Australia for over 30 years, specialising in both volume and custom residential projects.

Role Summary

They are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Estimating Team Leader, this role involves collaboration across Sales and Production functions to support construction project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external stakeholders during the construction phase to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain alignment and consistency among construction plans, documentation, and purchase orders.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and other industry professionals to coordinate project requirements.
• Implement estimating formats and procedures that optimize speed and accuracy in cost estimation.
• Manage coordination of contract variations, requests for information (RFIs), expressions of interest (EOIs), and payment processes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least 2 years’ experience locally as an Estimator in the residential construction sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both production and sales estimating activities.
• Hold tertiary qualifications related to construction or possess a trade background.
• Experience with software like Cubit and Bluebeam is advantageous.
