ERP Specialist

Role Overview

A confidential government organization in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Specialist to support and enhance its ERP environment. The role focuses on keeping the platform stable, tailoring it to operational needs, and helping different teams use it effectively.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP setup, including routine maintenance and performance optimization.
• Handle daily administration tasks, technical assistance, and issue resolution for end users.
• Collect business needs and convert them into practical solutions within Dynamics 365.
• Set up and adapt the system so it aligns with organizational workflows.
• Partner with teams across the business to strengthen processes and improve system efficiency.
• Create reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with ERP rollouts, system updates, integrations, and training for users.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to maintain reliability and support ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
• Hands-on background working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and core ERP business workflows.
• Practical experience with configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, or other reporting solutions is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English.
