ERP Project Coordinator

Job Overview

Vortex Consulting is looking to hire an experienced ERP Project Coordinator / Administrator to provide support during an SAP implementation project. This role involves close collaboration with Project Managers to facilitate project planning, monitoring, and execution, as well as stakeholder communication.

Key Duties

• Assist Project Managers in planning project phases, milestones, and deliverables related to the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Monitor project progression and report on status, highlighting potential risks and proposing mitigation measures.
• Organize and schedule project workshops in alignment with resource availability.
• Manage project deliverables, including preparation of status reports, documentation of meeting minutes, timesheets, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Ensure proper creation, updating, and storage of all project documentation.
• Support onboarding of new project team members, facilitating smooth integration into the project.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience coordinating ERP projects, preferably with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in project management software tools including MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, and skilled in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational aptitude with excellent interpersonal skills fostering effective teamwork.
• Self-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
