Role Responsibilities

• Engage directly with Enterprise Suite clients to evaluate their distinct business demands, financial processes, and current systems, customizing the IES setup to optimize performance.
• Oversee the complete implementation and configuration of the Enterprise Suite including accounting, payroll, and payment systems, managing data migration and integration with other platforms.
• Deliver expert advice and practical training to clients and their teams on leveraging ES functionalities, addressing technical queries and troubleshooting during the setup.
• Utilize advanced accounting skills to configure ES for multi-entity organizations, ensuring precise financial reporting and efficient operations across all consolidated entities.
• Work collaboratively with various internal departments to resolve complex client issues, serving as the key contact for all implementation-related activities.
• Recommend best practice approaches for effective ES usage, tailoring settings, reports, and dashboards to specific client needs.
• Gather and communicate customer insights to product and engineering teams to enhance the IES platform and implementation efficacy continually.

Additional Information

• Work schedule requires flexibility and is based on complete night shifts.

Eligibility and Education

Candidates with degrees in B.Com (any specialization), B.C.A (any specialization), or B.Tech/B.E (any specialization) are eligible to apply.
