Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, BCom, MBA, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Genuine interest in business operations, enterprise software, or process improvement.
- Strong academic performance, especially in analytical or problem-solving subjects.
- Clear communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and explaining ideas.
- Organized, detail-focused thinking with an aptitude for structured problem solving.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and understand how business systems operate.
- Self-driven, proactive attitude with willingness to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Preferred experience includes co-op or internship exposure in Business Analysis, IT systems, or Finance.
