About the Role
We seek a motivated and well-organised individual to support the delivery of training and user adoption of Storyteq software across multiple client accounts and platform deployments. This entry-level position is perfect for a person with a positive demeanor and strong client service skills. You will be part of the Core Training team, closely collaborating with consultants, project teams, client representatives, and broader delivery departments to ensure users gain confidence in utilizing Storyteq and adapting to new workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Storyteq training sessions to clients and internal teams across diverse projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate both scheduled and spontaneous training sessions in virtual and in-person classroom settings.
- Modify training methods to cater to different audience types, user roles, and their learning needs.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing by creating test scripts and documentation in partnership with consultants and project teams.
- Develop and update learning materials such as presentations, guides, videos, quick-reference sheets, and other helpful resources.
- Coordinate training communications to support project rollouts and enhance user engagement.
- Manage training plans aligned with project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor learner participation and gather feedback for continual enhancement of training delivery and adoption.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, daily stand-ups, and delivery forums as required.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to training-related inquiries and user support requests.
- Collaborate across teams to meet operational and training needs related to Storyteq.
- Maintain and regularly update internal and external training content within company and public learning platforms to keep information current and relevant.
- Support tracking and reporting of training activities and learner engagement analytics.
- Identify possible risks, dependencies, and support needs with project and account teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous background in training, learning and development, customer support, or client-facing roles is essential.
- Experience in creating presentations, user manuals, instructional materials, or learning content is required.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing or exposure to project delivery environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills capable of engaging learners effectively.
- Comfortable conducting both virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
- Excellent organisational abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset and readiness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and digital tools.
- Proficient in using common IT applications and presentation software.
