Role Overview
This full-time hybrid position for an Entry Level Software Engineer involves working on full-stack development projects while being onsite twice per week at the Norcross headquarters. Primary Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain software across the technology stack.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to conceptualize and implement new application features.
- Produce clean, optimized, and well-documented code.
- Engage in peer code evaluations and contribute constructive input.
- Continuously learn and apply new development technologies.
- Help diagnose and fix issues in production environments.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and best programming practices.
- Proficient in at least one programming language from this stack: C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Basic knowledge of web development technologies including HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of database concepts such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to operate independently and collaborate in team settings.
- Sound judgment for appropriately leveraging GenAI tools versus manual coding.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken form.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on project experience with technology stack elements such as NodeJS, git, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
