About the Role

Legacy Horizon UK is growing its people-led marketing and customer acquisition teams and is seeking a motivated Team Leader to help steer an expanding sales force. The role is suited to someone who wants to take responsibility for a team, set a strong pace through performance, and lead from the front.

In this position, you will work closely with clients, oversee daily campaign activity, and support team members in building their skills and results. The environment is fast-moving, performance-driven, and focused on leadership development.

Key Duties

  • Set the pace in customer-facing sales and campaign delivery by leading through example.
  • Train, coach, and support a small group of representatives so they can achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Track performance data, review results, and share feedback that helps improve output.
  • Assist with client representation, brand visibility, and customer engagement across projects.
  • Take part in leadership workshops and management development sessions.
  • Share ideas that help improve the sales process and overall team performance.

Working Arrangement

This is a full-time, onsite role in Greater London, England, United Kingdom. The company expects team members to be able to commute into London each day and be ready to begin quickly.

Contract and Pay Structure

All team members work on a self-employed basis and are paid through an uncapped commission model. Earnings depend directly on individual performance and results, giving you control over your income and growth. The role is designed to reward effort, contribution, and accountability.
