Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and support for Healthcare applications.
  • Implement and manage assigned systems under the mentorship of senior professionals.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of healthcare organizations, ancillary systems, and operational workflows.
  • Analyze and document user needs, system functionalities, and identify process improvements.
  • Prepare workflow documentation, manage change protocols, and facilitate user notifications and training.
  • Create, update, and maintain system design documents, test cases, and quality standards.
  • Modify systems to enhance performance or accommodate new operational requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Manage project coordination, including scheduling and conducting meetings to meet deliverables.
  • Provide technical and functional support for various systems, including Electronic Health Records (Epic, Cerner), IT Project Management tools, ERP platforms (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UKG), ITSM applications (ServiceNow), analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI), cloud solutions (GCP, Azure, AWS), among other digital services.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (positions are not available for H1B, F1, H-4 EAD, OPT/STEM holders).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities with tact and professionalism.
  • Superior analytical skills coupled with effective time management.
  • Self-driven and motivated with a strong initiative to achieve results.
  • Ability to address complex problems and conflicts efficiently.
  • Preferably experience through internships or research in healthcare-related fields.
  • Familiarity with diverse data formats and data handling concepts is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel if required during the training phase.
