- Set market-specific OKRs and success metrics in alignment with the Professional Generated Content (PGC) Product team and define strategies to meet these objectives.
- Spot opportunities for workflow improvements in creator and partner management and promote alignment and efficiency through data-informed methods.
- Collaborate with sales, product, communications, marketing, user growth, trust & safety, legal, and policy departments to foster innovation, expand the user base, and support revenue and partnership prospects.
- Represent TikTok publicly to industry and vertical stakeholders, clearly communicating the platform’s TV/movie value proposition with a local perspective.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated expertise working with digital platforms or contributing to social strategy and execution at publishers or alongside creators on social media.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the UK TV/movie industry and familiarity with global social and platform trends.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience within the broader media sector, with proven success in social media strategy, creator strategy, partnership management, or relational management.
- Practical experience engaging with social media platforms and understanding the collaboration between creators, publishers, and platforms to cultivate audiences and develop sustainable business models.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, adept at interfacing with creators and cross-functional teams globally.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams to meet clear business objectives.
