Job description
About the Company
Builder Prime is reshaping the home improvement space by creating software that helps contractors reclaim time and flexibility. Its unified business management platform brings together CRM, estimating, production management, payments, and reporting so growing companies can replace disconnected tools with one data and automation system. The company values team members who work well with others, care about the community, and approach problems with initiative and curiosity.
Builder Prime is supported by Blueprint Equity and operates as an AI-forward organization. Team members are expected to use AI on real work, not just theoretical examples or demos. The company provides tools, training, and time for experimentation, with the goal of learning and improving together in an open environment.
The organization also seeks people who are collaborative, community-minded, and genuinely interested in using AI to improve their work and customer outcomes.
