Position Overview

Concordia College, located in Highgate, South Australia, is seeking an enthusiastic Enrolments Engagement Coordinator for a fixed-term, part-time role. This position involves 15 hours per week during term weeks, beginning as soon as possible and concluding at the end of Term 3, 2026, with the possibility of contract extension and more hours in Term 4.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The coordinator will serve as the primary, approachable contact point for prospective families, assisting them through each stage from initial enquiry to enrolment. Relationship-building and proactive engagement are central to the role, which includes managing enquiries received through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Strong collaboration with marketing, enrolments, and leadership teams is essential to ensure a seamless and personalised enrolment experience.

Key Duties

• Respond empathetically and promptly to prospective families via multiple communication channels.
• Develop authentic relationships with students, parents, and carers throughout their enrolment journey.
• Conduct tours and manage application processes efficiently and meticulously.
