Role overview
Only About Children is looking for a new Enrolments Consultant to join its support office team in St Leonards. This role sits within a growing Family Support function and offers the chance to work with a welcoming, collaborative team and a manager who will support your development.
This is a permanent, full-time position. The working model is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
What you will do
Your main goal will be to lift occupancy across your region by helping new families enrol into the service. Success in this role depends on building strong relationships with families as they move through the pre-enrolment journey, as well as partnering closely with the region's Operational Manager.
- Act as the first contact for prospective families.
- Respond to family enquiries quickly and professionally.
- Turn interest into campus tour bookings.
- Manage campus and family waitlists.
- Support enrolled families with extra days and sibling enrolments.
- Assist directors with room planning and family transition matters.
- Take part in sales promotions, campaigns, events, and campus displays.
