About the Role
English 1 is hiring full-time entry-level English teachers for an overseas assignment in China. The position is built for people starting out in teaching, recent graduates, and professionals moving into education. You will receive structured onboarding, ready-made lesson materials, and ongoing guidance so you can succeed even without prior classroom experience.
What You Will Do
- Lead English lessons for children and teens between 3 and 16 years old in an interactive, lively classroom environment.
- Use the company’s curriculum and digital teaching tools to deliver engaging sessions.
- Share helpful feedback with students and support their confidence in speaking and learning English.
- Join school activities, cultural programs, and other student engagement initiatives.
Training and Support
This role includes comprehensive induction training, in-class coaching, mentoring, and continuous support throughout your teaching journey. Teaching resources are prepared for you in advance, and there are opportunities to build your skills through distance-learning courses such as Level 6 Trinity College CertPT and DELTM.
