Overview
Richard Crookes Constructions is expanding its Sydney delivery teams and is looking for building construction engineers across multiple experience levels. The available openings are for project-based, site-oriented professionals who enjoy being directly involved in the delivery of complex building work.

What the Position Involves
Based on your experience level, you will contribute to the delivery of building construction projects from early works through to final completion. The work is site-based and requires active collaboration with construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with the management of subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
- Support scheduling, quality assurance, and cost tracking.
- Handle RFIs, variations, progress claims, and project reporting.
- Make sure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and wider delivery teams.
Candidate Profile
The employer is seeking engineers with practical building construction experience who are comfortable working in fast-moving live site environments. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is expected.
- Prior experience in building construction is required.
- Experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer is relevant.
- You should be confident working on active construction sites where delivery pace is high.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities are important.
- You must be willing to relocate to Sydney for long-term opportunities.

Applicants whose background is limited to civil infrastructure such as roads, rail, or utilities will not be shortlisted unless they can demonstrate hands-on experience in building construction projects.
