Key Responsibilities

  • Lead agile, cross-functional teams by eliminating barriers and promoting high team performance.
  • Challenge existing methods and continuously pursue excellence in delivery.
  • Practice hands-on coding and apply best technical standards while resolving technical issues.
  • Engage with DevOps teams, implementing DevOps practices efficiently.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge, conduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs) with new technologies, and share insights with the team.
  • Align development activities with business objectives and promptly address any deviations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Delivery Squad, other Engineering Managers, and the Engineering Squad through regular communication.
  • Lead developmental discussions and establish clear, attainable goals for the teams.
  • Mentor team members and help cultivate new Tech Leads and Engineering Managers.
  • Contribute to raising team technical proficiency via meetups, workshops, and conferences.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts and support employer branding initiatives.

Candidate Expectations

  • Minimum of five years' experience leading software development teams.
  • High self-motivation with a strong proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software development with comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication abilities for both internal collaboration and client interactions.
  • Strong awareness of the strategic and business impact of development projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Lead Software Developer.
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET technologies.
  • Experience with diverse and modern software architectures.
