Job description
Overview
In this role, you will oversee the evaluation, approval, and issuance of electronic work permits (eCPW/PTW) for asset operators, tenants, and contractors. This ensures that all activities within the Industrial City boundary adhere strictly to QatarEnergy and Industrial City regulations, guidelines, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and managing an inspection program that includes methodologies and schedules. This program will assure compliance of all projects and activities involving asset operators, tenants, and contractors in RLIC, MIC, and DCA with the terms and conditions laid out in permits and procedures that align with QatarEnergy standards.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate must have a decade of professional experience, including a minimum of five years in the oil and gas sector. Essential competencies include:
- Familiarity with construction, testing, commissioning, and core engineering principles.
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) codes and standards.
- Capability to interpret engineering drawings effectively.
Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor of Science degree in any engineering discipline is mandatory.
