- Collaborate with analytical teams to define critical financial and operational questions, create compelling narratives derived from data analyses, and manage the deliverable schedule.
- Support engagement expansion through identifying potential new service lines or account growth opportunities and contribute to sales finalization for new accounts.
- Develop and document best practices and templates that will form the foundation of the Engagement Leader function as the company scales.
Required Qualifications

- Strong domain knowledge of health system organization and operations including financial models like Fee-For-Service and Alternative Payment Models.
- Proven ability to own client relationships and serve as primary contact ensuring stakeholder engagement and continuity.
- Proficiency in producing polished, executive-quality presentations and analytical reports for C-suite audiences.
- Demonstrated skill in coordinating cross-functional teams through influence without direct authority.
- Analytical aptitude to dissect complex health system challenges and develop clear narratives from quantitative data.
- Williness to travel 30-40% onsite to client locations as required.
Preferred Experience
- Background in healthcare consulting at firms such as Advisory Board, Sg2, Chartis, Huron, Kaufman Hall or similar, with client engagement leadership.
- Hands-on experience with health system business development, referral leakage analysis, and physician alignment programs.
- Familiarity with Alternative Payment Model programs including MSSP, ACO REACH, TEAM bundles, or commercial value-based contracts.
- Previous roles within health systems in strategy, operations, or network development.
- Experience translating analytical work into strategic narratives for client engagements.
Additional Advantages
- MBA from a top program focused on healthcare strategy.
- Client-facing strategy or customer success experience at a health technology company.
- Knowledge of referral management analytics, physician incentive initiatives, and value-based care performance metrics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive total compensation ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 annually, combining base salary and variable pay tied directly to revenue collected from managed portfolios, plus equity participation.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including vision, dental, disability, and life insurance.
- 401(k) plan with traditional features, Flexible Spending Accounts, and commuter benefits.
- Generous paid time off and monthly wellness stipend.
- Opportunity to shape the Engagement Leader role, grow portfolios, and lead teams as the function expands.
