Role overview
This position is for a senior engagement leader with a strong background in strategy and value creation. The person in this role will lead the design and delivery of AI Co-Workers for enterprise customers. It is especially suited to MBB alumni at Manager or early Principal level who want to move from consulting and analytics into accountable, hands-on AI delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from initial problem definition and value framing through proof of concept, MVP, and production rollout.
- Work closely with senior client leaders to pinpoint the most valuable constraints, decisions, or workflows that AI can automate, improve, or support.
- Convert strategic goals into practical AI solutions and clear delivery roadmaps.
- Define the value drivers, success measures, and implementation path so the AI Co-Workers are built around business outcomes rather than technology alone.
- Guide delivery teams made up of AI developers, engineers, and QA specialists by setting priorities, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring strong execution quality.
- Represent Future Secure AI as the senior lead on engagements, acting as a trusted advisor on both value creation and delivery.
- Take true ownership of outcomes, pace, and quality rather than operating in an advisory capacity only.
Candidate profile
The company is looking for applicants who have around 5–7 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, along with a solid grounding in value creation, analytical problem solving, and strategic thinking. You should be comfortable collaborating with technology teams and discussing AI concepts, even if you are not a coder. Experience turning complex, ambiguous client issues into practical solutions is important, as is confidence in conversations with senior executives. The role also requires a strong bias toward execution, accountability, and impact, along with curiosity and fluency in AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
