Overview
Active Truth seeks a seasoned Email and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee one of its pivotal revenue and communication channels. This role demands strategic planning as well as direct execution, including campaign calendar management, opportunity identification, campaign creation, automated flow optimization, performance analysis, and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the email marketing strategy alongside a campaign calendar.
- Create, test, schedule, and distribute email campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Assess and improve existing automated email flows.
- Spot prospects for new automated flows, segmentation, and personalized messaging.
- Formulate tactics that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchasing.
- Leverage customer behavior and performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
- Execute A/B testing across subject lines, content, offers, timing, and segmentation.
- Maintain deliverability, list integrity, and engagement levels.
- Report insights, performance, and opportunities directly to company founders.
- Coordinate with the broader team to support product launches, promotions, and key sales periods.
- Ensure all emails reflect Active Truth’s brand voice and customer-centric ethos.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Klaviyo tailored to e-commerce.
- Proven success increasing email-driven revenue, engagement, retention, or customer lifetime value.
- Experience constructing and refining campaigns, flows, and audience segmentation.
- Confident analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into practical actions.
- Strong copywriting abilities with understanding of customer engagement triggers.
- Discernment for visually appealing and brand-consistent email design.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to work autonomously.
- Preferred but not essential: skills in graphic design, content creation, or broader e-commerce marketing.
Additional Information
- Position is fully remote within Australia, with the option to attend the Brisbane office.
- Work schedule can be part-time or full-time based on experience and availability.
- Direct reporting line to company founders.
- Immediate start preferred.
