Role and Responsibilities

  • Execute testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic devices, sensor units, and control systems.
  • Confirm product functionality aligns with technical specifications, datasheets, and client requirements.
  • Perform functional, electrical, and durability testing utilizing tools such as Oscilloscopes and Digital Multimeters in laboratory environments.
  • Analyze product failures to determine root causes and suggest remedial measures.
  • Interpret electronic schematics, printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, and component datasheets effectively.
  • Compile and finalize technical documentation including Technical Data Sheets and comprehensive test reports.
  • Assist customers in resolving field issues through expert technical support and guidance.
  • Assess new hardware components, suppliers, and emerging technologies for potential enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with research and development, sales, and supply chain teams during product lifecycle stages.
  • Guarantee products comply with established quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction criteria prior to market release.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Possesses a minimum of two to six years experience in electronics testing, hardware validation, or product development.
  • Demonstrates sound understanding of both analog and digital electronics principles.
  • Skilled in operating Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, DC Power Supplies, and soldering instruments.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and component specifications.
  • Exhibits strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with LED drivers, power electronics, sensors, or embedded hardware is highly advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Eager to continuously acquire new knowledge and independently address technical challenges.
