About the Company

Delphin Energy Private Limited specializes in innovative solar water pump and solar street lighting solutions. The company is currently seeking an Online Service Engineer dedicated to providing remote technical support to customers.

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote assistance via video calls, phone conversations, and digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes related to solar water pumps and street lighting.
• Identify and resolve technical issues involving Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and pump systems.
• Keep detailed service logs and generate technical documentation and reports.
• Work collaboratively with field teams to address complex problems as needed.
• Conduct online training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Ensure prompt and effective problem resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or closely related disciplines.
• Practical experience or knowledge in handling PCBs, VFDs, and pump mechanisms.
• Sound foundational knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical circuit principles.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi; familiarity with regional languages is an advantage.
• Comfortable using video conferencing tools and online communication platforms.
• Fresh graduates with solid technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
