About the Role
We seek a driven and knowledgeable Site Supervisor to join our team, overseeing electrical construction on-site activities. The selected candidate will ensure that all projects proceed safely, meet deadlines, stay within financial limits, and uphold quality standards. Collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and clients is essential to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations at the construction site and coordinate all related activities.
- Provide leadership and supervision for on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and corporate policies during construction.
- Track project milestones, monitor budgets, and report on quality control.
- Quickly and effectively address any onsite issues or disagreements.
- Perform routine site inspections to maintain quality and verify adherence to project specifications.
- Keep detailed records including daily logs, progress updates, and incident documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with project managers and clients to share progress and resolve concerns.
