Role Summary
The Educator position is a core retail role within lululemon. This team member helps deliver exceptional guest service, builds authentic connections with customers, offers knowledgeable product education, and reflects the company’s community and culture in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive guest experience by engaging customers in a way that respects their time.
- Assess guest needs and recommend tailored solutions for purchases, returns, and support.
- Explain product features, value, and benefits in a clear and technically informed way.
- Complete accurate and timely transactions while supporting omnichannel services such as buy online/pick up in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store, in line with company standards.
- Stay active on the sales floor to connect with guests and respond to store needs throughout the shift.
- Handle guest feedback and work with store leadership to resolve concerns appropriately.
- Support a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
- Build productive relationships with teammates and contribute to smooth store operations.
- Maintain product presentation by restocking, moving, destocking, and organizing merchandise as required.
- Use store technology to help run operations and improve the guest experience.
- Carry out cleaning tasks during the shift to preserve the store’s premium environment.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Must be legally allowed to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to travel to the assigned store using personal transportation.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in a bright, high-energy environment with loud music.
- Must be willing to spend most of the shift moving around the store to assist guests and complete tasks.
- Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Must be comfortable working as part of a team and also handling some tasks independently.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred as an asset, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
The base hourly pay range is $19.25 to $22.15, subject to the minimum wage in the location. The target bonus is $2.00 per hour, bringing the total target base pay range to $21.25 to $24.15 per hour. Pay is determined by market location and may vary based on role-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for the company’s bonus program, subject to program rules.
