This contract role focuses on evaluating and improving AI performance for visual document understanding within the education space. The work is remote and based in Toronto, Ontario, with an expected commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week. Compensation is set at $50 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI models on how well they understand visual documents and follow instructions in education-related scenarios.
- Create advanced, well-grounded tasks that include clear expected answers and objective scoring criteria.
- Check AI-generated responses and refine them to improve quality and correctness.
- Partner with subject matter experts to keep tasks consistent and relevant.
- Work on your own schedule, independently and asynchronously, while meeting deadlines and supporting model improvement.
