About the Role
Trading Learner Academy is seeking an energetic and confident Course Counsellor to assist aspiring traders in selecting the most suitable educational programs aligning with their trading objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students via phone and WhatsApp communication channels.
- Assess students' trading ambitions and difficulties to provide tailored guidance.
- Inform candidates about the academy's course offerings and recommend appropriate learning paths.
- Convert legitimate inquiries into confirmed enrollments through effective counseling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested individuals and foster ongoing relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English languages.
- Comfortable operating within sales and counseling environments.
- Basic understanding of stock market concepts is advantageous; comprehensive training will be supplied.
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong drive to achieve results.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of 25000 to 35000 INR.
