About the Role

Central Health is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Education Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. The individual will be essential in organizing, coordinating, and delivering orientation sessions and educational programs that effectively support new employees and ongoing learning initiatives. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders to guarantee seamless educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help design, organize, and execute employee orientation, educational workshops, programs, and events by managing all logistics such as scheduling, venue arrangements, preparation of materials, and communication with participants.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts to create and refresh educational materials that align with intended learning outcomes and industry practices.
  • Act as the main contact for attendees, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and learners have a positive experience.
  • Oversee the registration process by handling enrollments and maintaining accurate records of participant information.
  • Draft and distribute all program communications including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups post events, ensuring constant communication flow among participants, instructors, and stakeholders.
  • Keep detailed attendance logs, evaluation data, and other important records, and produce reports that assess the impact and feedback of programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties such as instructors and vendors to ensure that program execution and resource availability proceed without issues.
  • Support logistical needs for both on-site and virtual events including arranging room setups, technology provisioning, and resolving any technical challenges.
  • Collect and evaluate participant feedback and program data to recommend improvements and enhance future educational offerings.
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing program materials, budget monitoring, and invoice processing.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to establish strong internal relationships within an organization.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with a strong focus on precision and detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
  • Competent in managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a diverse group of collaborators.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
  • Experience or knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) or educational technology tools.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

At least one year of relevant experience in program coordination, event planning, or managing educational administration.
