Role Overview

This role is ideal for a passionate creator dedicated to producing outstanding content. Collaborating closely with the Founder, you will convert ideas, discussions, market trends, product launches, and client stories into educational and trustworthy content that attracts and expands our audience.

Your daily activities will include researching, writing, interviewing, filming, editing, publishing, experimenting, and consistently refining our content creation process. This is a builder-focused position rather than a managerial one.

Responsibilities

• Work intimately with the Founder to craft and distribute high-quality content across diverse formats.
• Develop articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts, interviews, social media posts, and educational materials.
• Repurpose key content pieces into multiple formats to maximize channel reach.
• Integrate AI tools in research, writing, editing, and content production efforts.
• Manage freelance contributors and creative collaborators when necessary.
• Enhance editorial standards, streamline publishing workflows, and analyze content performance for continuous growth.

Candidate Profile

• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities.
• Keen editorial insight along with meticulous attention to detail.
• Genuine curiosity about investing, business, technology, AI, and startup ecosystems.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and transforming conversations into engaging narratives.
• Capable of breaking down complex subjects while maintaining depth and clarity.
• Proficient in utilizing AI applications to boost creative productivity.
• Self-motivated, extremely organized, and driven to execute tasks independently.

Experience in content creation within investing, finance, business, technology, or media sectors is highly desirable.

Success Metrics

Within the first year, you will help establish Tirios as an authoritative voice in modern real estate investing, enhance the Founder’s visibility through insightful content, and create repeatable processes that enable a small team to consistently deliver excellent work.

Fit Considerations

• This role is not suited for those who prefer agency management over content creation.
• It is less ideal for candidates focused mainly on short-term campaigns rather than sustained storytelling.
• Applicants specializing in only one content format or who prioritize directing others more than hands-on production may not find this role fulfilling.
