Role Overview
The Ecommerce Order Management Associate ensures smooth administrative and logistical processing of all ecommerce orders. Your key responsibility will be managing order data entry and fulfillment coordination through the Salesforce Order Management System. You will evaluate and decide the optimal inventory source from over 70 stores and vendors, actively communicating with store staff to guarantee timely and accurate guest order completion. This fast-moving position offers bonus opportunities tied to shipping punctuality, inventory accuracy, and online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor daily online orders via Salesforce OMS ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Analyze inventory availability across multiple locations to execute optimal order sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate directly with store personnel and vendors to place orders, share updates, and resolve fulfillment challenges.
- Follow established order routing procedures prioritizing all applicable business rules.
- Regularly track and reconcile inventory records between physical shops and the online platform.
- Support the Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager with various administrative duties and reporting tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Exceptional attention to detail for managing complex datasets and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate nonstandard logistical situations.
- Highly organized to efficiently juggle multiple active orders from diverse sources.
- A sense of urgency geared towards prompt customer order delivery.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
Additional Requirements
This role involves extended periods of standing and movement throughout the facility; reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities. The standard schedule is 40 hours per week onsite with potential overtime during busy holiday seasons and weekend availability expected during peak times. Non-peak seasons offer opportunities for flexible scheduling, including remote work days depending on order volume.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging between $18 and $20.
