Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated full-time eCommerce Associate to join our on-site team located in Manhattan's Diamond District. This role involves managing the online store operations, updating product catalogs, handling order processing, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings on eCommerce platforms.
• Process and manage online customer orders efficiently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in catalog management and order fulfillment.
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar content management systems.
• Familiarity with listing and selling on marketplaces like eBay.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating persuasive and clear online product descriptions.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with effective time management and organizational capabilities.
• Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
• Knowledge about luxury watches is a plus.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or possesses equivalent professional experience.

Compensation and Work Details

• Location: On-site at Diamond District, Manhattan, New York, NY.
• Schedule: Full-time position.
• Compensation: Hourly rate ranging between $20 and $30, commensurate with experience.
