Role Overview

This role involves overseeing and maintaining the workflow of an assigned operational stream. Working directly with the Team Leader and team members, the Specialist ensures smooth and consistent completion of processes within established standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order fulfillment by following defined routines to guarantee timely, accurate online order picking while maintaining high fresh food quality.
  • Lead and coach the team through hands-on training and support; occasionally act as Store Manager during designated shifts.
  • Identify process issues and escalate them to the Function Lead for prompt resolution.
  • Promote workplace safety and wellbeing by adhering to protocols, reporting risks, and focusing on team health.
  • Engage actively in communication and collaboration to foster a positive team environment.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

  • A dedicated focus on process improvement and continuous professional growth.
  • Strong ability to establish collaborative relationships with different functions and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership qualities including task delegation, monitoring progress, coaching, and motivating team members.
  • Thorough understanding of compliance in assigned functions and excellent communication skills to clearly convey tasks and standards.
  • Consistently embody company values in all actions.
  • Availability to work a minimum of four weekend shifts monthly and at least one evening shift per week.
