Role overview
This is a permanent EBS HRMS Consultant position for candidates with 5 to 12 years of experience. The initial work location is Mysuru for the first 6 months, after which the selected person will return to their base location. The opening is open across PAN India, but the first phase requires working from Mysuru.
Key responsibilities
- Handle technical work in Oracle EBS HRMS with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Develop and support RICEW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversations, extensions, and workflows.
- Use strong SQL and PL/SQL skills to deliver technical solutions.
- Work on customisations and personalisations within EBS HRMS implementations and support projects.
- Contribute to inbound and outbound interface development and manage data migration tasks with external systems through APIs.
- Use OAF technical knowledge where needed, which will be considered an added advantage.
Experience and technical profile
- 5 to 12 years of overall experience.
- Strong background in EBS HRMS technical work.
- Practical exposure to RICEW components.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in integrations, interfaces, and data migration.
- Familiarity with OAF technical concepts is beneficial.
Location note
The role is open to applicants from anywhere in India, but the selected candidate must be based in Mysuru for the first 6 months before returning to the original base location.
