Role overview
Join Invesco’s Early Careers recruiting team in a coordinator role based in Atlanta, GA 30309. This 4-day onsite contract position offers an hourly rate of $34 on a 1099 basis. The role supports university recruiting and early-career hiring, helping create a polished and responsive candidate experience while also gaining exposure to recruiting operations, talent development, and HR support.
What you will do
- Coordinate undergraduate recruiting activities, including interviews and events.
- Create and maintain job postings in Workday, school career boards, networking groups, and other relevant channels.
- Arrange first-round HireVue interviews as well as final phone and virtual interview rounds.
- Partner with HR, business teams, and outside vendors to keep the recruiting process running smoothly.
- Organize speakers for information sessions and recruiting events across different time zones.
- Handle event logistics such as venue booking, catering, materials, and guest communication.
- Represent the team at intern and recruiting events when needed.
- Use Workday to monitor candidate progress through the hiring lifecycle.
- Support processing of invoices related to external partnerships and events.
- Respond to candidates with updates, details, and general communication throughout the process.
- Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain dashboards and reports covering early-career demographics, program metrics, and engagement data.
- Extract hiring data and turn it into useful insights.
- Help build presentations and summaries for senior leadership updates.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, campus recruiting, or a similar area.
- Strong ability with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize several tasks at once.
- Comfort working across teams and balancing multiple deliverables.
- A resilient, creative approach with willingness to improve existing methods.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and drive work forward.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Data analytics exposure is an advantage.
- Interest in asset management or financial services is an added plus.
- Prior Workday experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
Compensation and working arrangement
This is a contract role with an hourly rate of $34, paid on a 1099 basis. The position requires onsite work for 4 days per week in Atlanta, GA 30309.
