Role Overview
This position focuses on full-cycle recruitment for early career talent, with an emphasis on technical hiring across areas such as Software Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering. The recruiter will help shape the company’s future leadership pipeline by building sourcing strategies, improving the candidate journey, and working closely with hiring managers and program partners to expand early career hiring.
What You Will Do
- Handle the complete recruiting process for interns and full-time early career candidates.
- Create and apply inclusive hiring approaches that attract a broad and diverse talent pool.
- Partner with managers and leaders across both technical and non-technical functions.
- Strengthen candidate engagement by planning and running virtual and in-person recruiting events.
- Work closely with teams in Data Science, Engineering, and People operations to coordinate hiring efforts.
Experience and Skills Needed
The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle early career recruiting and program coordination, along with a strong grasp of the end-to-end early career hiring process. The role calls for someone who can manage several priorities and hiring cycles at once, recruit for both technical and non-technical positions, and develop fair and inclusive hiring practices. Experience with candidate events, hiring manager alignment, and willingness to travel for campus, regional, and hub events are also important.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base pay for this role ranges from USD 105,000 to USD 210,000, depending on location and candidate background.
