Overview
The E-commerce Manager at Bedrosians Tile and Stone is tasked with overseeing the expansion, operational performance, and daily management of the company’s online storefront. This role aims to enhance traffic, user interaction, and sales. The position requires attention to front-end website management and refining the customer shopping journey across various digital assets including product and landing pages, blog articles, and site navigation.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will focus on executing growth strategies involving conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), online merchandising, and maintaining overall website health. This role ensures the e-commerce platform aligns with the company’s larger marketing and commercial objectives.
Collaboration
This position acts as a liaison among multiple departments such as marketing, product management, creative teams, and showroom personnel to guarantee a unified omnichannel shopping experience for customers.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $125,000 annually.
