Role Overview
This position is focused on managing seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart platforms, handling everything from product listing to sales analysis and account health maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings and catalogues.
- Enhance product titles, keywords, images, and descriptions for better visibility.
- Oversee orders, inventory, returns, and cancellations efficiently.
- Manage advertisement campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Conduct sales, pricing, and competitor analysis to boost performance.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and Excel/MIS documentation.
- Devise strategies aimed at improving marketplace performance.
- Handle account health, ratings, reviews, and resolve other marketplace-related issues.
