We are seeking a proficient E-Commerce Executive to join Soulager Healthcare in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing marketplace presence, and overseeing sales performance across prominent platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities and Required Expertise
- Manage and operate seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce websites.
- Create and maintain detailed product catalogs and listings while handling inventory oversight.
- Optimize product exposure through marketplace SEO techniques and product enhancement strategies.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing detailed reports to guide performance improvements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets efficiently for data handling.
- Possess fundamental knowledge of advertising platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Handle order processing and manage the seller panels with precision.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Work autonomously while adhering to deadlines with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
- Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends and adhere to platform policies.
