About the Role
Dinesh Diamond Gold Jeweller is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to manage its presence on Etsy and Amazon. The role focuses on operating and optimizing product listings to enhance sales performance in these marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Etsy and Amazon storefronts.
- Create engaging and optimized product listings with effective titles, tags, keywords, and descriptions.
- Manage customer orders, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and respond to buyer inquiries.
- Monitor sales data regularly and implement improvements to increase listing effectiveness.
- Address and resolve routine marketplace and account management issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing Etsy and Amazon Seller accounts is essential.
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and Amazon Seller Central functionalities.
- Proficient in English communication and basic computer operations.
- Experience in e-commerce or the jewelry sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
