Role Overview
This position is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Anantara Hotels & Resorts is an international luxury hospitality brand inspired by Thai culture and built around warm, genuine service. The group, established in 2001 in Thailand, has grown to destinations around the world, including beaches, islands, heritage locations and major cities.
The resort is located in the northern emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, about 45 minutes from Dubai, and offers an overwater luxury experience within a protected eco-sanctuary. The destination is known for beaches, desert landscapes and mountain experiences, including sailing, dune journeys and trips to Jebel Jais.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary guest contact point throughout the day and night.
- Oversee late arrivals and make sure guest requests are handled efficiently and without disruption.
- Confirm that bookings are honoured, or resolve reservation issues quickly and smoothly when needed.
- Handle VIP arrivals, departures and room inspections.
- Make sure guest satisfaction concerns are addressed and followed up promptly.
- Carry out the night audit according to resort standards and procedures.
- Raise housekeeping and cleaning requests whenever needed.
- Keep team members informed about current hotel information, including room categories, pricing, facilities, services, relatives, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club details.
