We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning across all areas during shifts, acting as the key support figure on the floor.
• Lead training initiatives and inspire the team, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
• Handle stock management, prepare reports, maintain compliance, and perform operational tasks to keep the venue running optimally.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous hospitality experience, ideally within pubs, bars, or busy restaurant environments.
• Certifications including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG), and TAB Basics.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a vibrant venue atmosphere.
