Dry Van Dispatcher

Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled Dry Van Dispatcher for our Skopje office. This position is a strong fit for someone with hands-on dry van dispatch experience who wants to work in a fast-moving, international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily driver routes based on freight type and customer needs.
• Stay in regular contact with drivers and provide support while shipments are in transit.
• Track vehicle activity through GPS and TMS tools.
• Handle standard dry van freight movements, including FTL, LTL, drop & hook, and live loading/unloading.
• Make sure deliveries are completed on schedule and in line with FMCSA rules.
• Coordinate with brokers and customers to share shipment updates and solve issues quickly.
• Work closely with Track & Trace, Safety, Maintenance, and Accounting teams.
• Keep records accurate and enter shipment information into the TMS.
• Watch HOS compliance and look for ways to improve routing and operating costs.

Candidate Profile

• You should have at least 2 years of dispatcher experience specifically with dry van trucks.
• Solid understanding of dry van operations, including FTL/LTL handling, load planning, and dock scheduling, is needed.
• You should be familiar with FMCSA requirements and TMS platforms.
• Strong written and spoken English is required.
• You need to be organized, clear in communication, and comfortable coordinating many moving parts.
• The role calls for someone who can perform well in a busy, high-pressure environment.
• A proactive approach and strong problem-solving ability are important.
• Knowledge of U.S. geography and transport routes is an advantage.
