Role Overview
This position is the first point of contact for visitors at the dealership. The successful candidate will help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience by greeting guests, supporting vehicle parking, and directing customers to the appropriate team or service area.
What You Will Do
- Welcome customers as they arrive and make a strong first impression.
- Assist with parking vehicles and helping manage the arrival flow.
- Guide guests to the correct staff member, department, or service location.
- Deliver attentive, customer-focused support throughout the visitor experience.
