Role overview
This position is about delivering online grocery orders to customers’ homes in a timely, courteous, and reliable way. The work is fast-moving and varied, with each day bringing different routes, customers, and delivery schedules. The aim is to make sure orders arrive fresh, on time, and with a friendly service experience.

- Provide home deliveries to customers in a helpful and professional manner.
- Represent the business positively by meeting people with a friendly approach and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Work in a busy, active environment where priorities can change through the day.
- Use initiative to help resolve customer questions or issues when needed.
- Handle equipment safely while following health and safety standards.
- Lift and move delivery totes weighing up to 18 kg.
Requirements
- Full driving licence held for more than 1 year.
- No more than 6 points on the driving licence.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, varied role.
- Confident using different equipment while maintaining safe working practices.
- Willing and able to lift and move totes up to 18 kg.
