Dishwasher/Janitor

As a Janitor/Dishwasher at Chuy's, you play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and pristine appearance of our restaurant. You are essential in ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and providing the kitchen staff with sanitized equipment and an organized workspace to facilitate prompt food service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all dishwashing equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
• Perform general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
• Assist with stocking and organizing supplies as needed.
• Uphold restaurant standards for hygiene and safety.
