Director - Talent Acquisition

Role overview

Qiddiya is in a major expansion stage, with several new businesses being created from the ground up. The organization is looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Director to own hiring across its incubation portfolio.

This position is designed for someone who can lead at both the strategic and hands-on levels. You will work closely with senior leaders while staying directly involved in recruitment activity.

Your remit will include driving recruitment for a group of early-stage operating companies, turning workforce plans into practical hiring plans, and keeping delivery on track against demanding deadlines. You will also take direct responsibility for complex and senior-level appointments, adjust talent strategies as priorities shift, and sustain hiring momentum across all open roles.

To succeed here, you must be able to move quickly without losing quality, building strong teams in a structured, disciplined way while maintaining a consistent hiring bar.

Requirements

• A solid background in Talent Acquisition, with evidence of personally closing senior and strategically important roles.
• Experience in fast-scaling, complex, or newly formed organizations, especially in build-out or incubation settings.
• The ability to operate in a player-coach capacity, combining leadership with direct execution.
• Strong business awareness and the skill to convert workforce plans into concrete hiring action.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders, including the confidence to influence, challenge, and support decision-making.
• Well-developed sourcing capability across multiple channels, including executive search.
• Comfort working at speed while protecting hiring quality, governance, and candidate experience.
• A strong sense of ownership, action orientation, and focus on outcomes.
