About the Role

Lingju Jewelry Co., Ltd. seeks a visionary Director of Supply Chain Operations to oversee and enhance comprehensive supply chain functions. This role encompasses planning, procurement coordination, inventory oversight, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, and ongoing process improvements. The incumbent will define scalable, efficient strategies to boost performance and foster sustainable growth through collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement enterprise-level supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and long-term plans.
• Manage full supply chain life cycle including demand and supply planning, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and execution.
• Create and enforce standardized procedures, governance models, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Product Management, IT, and Executive teams to synchronize supply chain goals with business objectives.
• Track operational performance using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Supervise inventory optimization, capacity planning, forecasting, resource management, and performance of the distribution network.
• Establish and sustain strategic partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, distribution channels, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, standardize processes, reduce costs, and embed continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive executive reports, operational analyses, and strategic recommendations based on trend data.
• Guide, mentor, and grow supply chain teams with a focus on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, priority setting, and long-term capability development within the department.
• Drive adoption and enhancement of ERP systems, supply chain management platforms, advanced analytics, automation, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of ascending leadership roles in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven success managing complex supply chain organizations in enterprise, multi-site, or fast-growing contexts.
• Expertise across demand planning, inventory control, logistics, fulfillment, supplier relations, operational strategy, and process refinements.
• Experience spearheading enterprise operational improvements and cross-functional programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced analytical, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills applying data-driven operational decision-making.
• Competence managing budgets, forecasting, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP, supply chain management software, BI platforms, analytics, and collaboration technologies.
• Ability to handle multiple strategic initiatives while sustaining operational excellence in a fluid business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, CPSM or equivalents.
• Experience running enterprise supply operations in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, consumer products, distribution, technology, or complex industries.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, supply chain analytics, and digital transformation.
• Proven effectiveness leading remote or geographically dispersed teams.
